Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as an SME, collaborate with the team, and make team decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvement efforts to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and provide professional guidance.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication for project milestone alignment and timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues, integrate applications with business systems and data sources, and support performance optimization and code quality.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience integrating applications with business systems and data sources.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality best practices.
- SAP for Utilities CRM experience is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
