Responsibilities
- Lead complex technical projects requiring cross-team collaboration.
- Innovate on permissions systems and build agency solutions.
- Drive adoption among Reddit's largest advertisers.
- Own the platform layer and external-facing APIs for campaign management.
- Provide world-class tools and infrastructure for partners.

Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong experience in large-scale distributed systems.
- Expertise in at least one general-purpose programming language.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and prioritize complex projects.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
- A proactive approach with a bias for action.
