Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, optimization, and architecture of Blue Yonder supply chain planning solutions.
- Own integration strategy, functional design, implementation estimation, architecture cost assessment, and labor planning.
- Lead business process analysis, workshops, solution recommendations, and functional and technical specification development.
- Advise customers, executives, and stakeholders throughout discovery, sales cycles, implementation, and post-go-live support.
- Facilitate integration and end-to-end data and process flow discussions across application stacks.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Product Management, Consulting, Cloud Services, Support, Project Managers, Operations, and Customer IT.
- Identify enhancement and incremental revenue opportunities and communicate product trends and business cases.
- Mentor teams and lead knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 13+ years of professional experience in enterprise software delivery and 6–8 years in solution architecture or senior consulting roles.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end implementations for large, complex customers, including requirements, design, integration, configuration, UAT, and cutover.
- Hands-on experience estimating implementation effort, scoping integrations, and defining architecture cost and labor.
- Strong domain experience in retail supply chain, planning, allocation, merchandising, or a related industry.
- Experience conducting business process workshops and translating outcomes into functional and technical specifications.
- Experience advising executive and management stakeholders and delivering executive-level presentations.
- Experience with multi-tenant SaaS delivery, cloud migrations, and enterprise SaaS operations.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, Kafka, Mulesoft, SFTP, AS2, Snowflake, and Elasticsearch.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant cloud, enterprise architecture, delivery/project, Agile/Scrum, or Blue Yonder certifications are preferred.
