Responsibilities
- Own and improve integration flows connecting the proprietary platform, Celigo, NetSuite, WMS platforms, and internal systems.
- Build, test, and deploy reliable and maintainable integration changes with controlled releases.
- Develop and support NetSuite integration components, including RESTlets and appropriate SuiteScript.
- Troubleshoot integration failures involving data issues, API behavior, platform configuration, and edge cases, then implement root-cause fixes.
- Improve integration patterns, documentation, retries, idempotency, and handling of partial failures.
- Support order-to-fulfilment status synchronization, inventory updates and reconciliation, and shipment confirmations across systems.
- Collaborate with the Australia-based Systems team across time zones and provide incident support during agreed windows.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on iPaaS integration experience, with Celigo strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of APIs and endpoints, including authentication, payloads, error modes, and rate limits.
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite integrations, including RESTlets.
- Proven ability to debug integration issues end-to-end and prevent recurrence.
- Experience building and supporting multiple production-grade integrations and owning complex multi-system flows.
- Ability to design maintainable code and configuration, clear handoffs, reusable patterns, and future-proof solutions.
- Experience integrating with WMS platforms and fulfilment or inventory workflows.
- SuiteScript experience is preferred, particularly for integration reliability.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and high ownership.
- Interest in building technology in regulated or healthcare-adjacent contexts.
