Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and optimize ETL processes for financial data mapping, legacy-system migration, reconciliation, and validation.
- Configure and manage Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and CPQ for complex financial service workflows.
- Design data models and integration architectures using REST and SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Oversee PII handling and protection in compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Plan and execute system-migration cutover activities while minimizing downtime and preserving data integrity.
- Review code and mentor development teams across Salesforce and integration projects.
- Configure contact-center solutions, including NICE and telephony integrations, with stakeholders.
- Implement and oversee unit-testing strategies for Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and related technologies, including experience with enterprise-scale implementations of up to 8 years.
- Expertise in Salesforce Financial Service Cloud, advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, ETL, data mapping, legacy-to-SaaS migration, REST and SOAP API integration, middleware, CPQ, data modeling, validation, and PII handling.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification is desired.
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional certification is desired.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Aurora, Khoros, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, NICE, telephony configuration, AI agent development in Salesforce environments, Snowflake, and automated Salesforce test frameworks.
