Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce CPQ solutions, custom scripts, quote templates, and approval workflows.
- Lead integrations between Salesforce CPQ and external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
- Architect data models, ETL processes, and data mapping for legacy-to-SaaS migrations.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow development.
- Configure and manage Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud environments, including telephony and contact center integrations.
- Oversee PII handling, migration cutovers, reconciliation, validation, and data privacy compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on middleware AI use cases involving Agentforce and Prompt Builder.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation and customization experience, with up to 6 years including integration and migration projects.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, integrations, data modeling, ETL, and data mapping.
- Snowflake expertise and experience with unit testing and code review in Salesforce environments.
- Preferred experience with Agentforce and Prompt Builder for AI-driven solutions.
- Preferred knowledge of NICE, Aurora, and Khoros contact center and telephony platforms.
- Preferred proficiency in Java for integration and middleware development.
- Preferred understanding of PII handling, data privacy compliance, reconciliation, and migration validation.
- Desired bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Desired Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Platform Developer, or Apttus CPQ certification.
