Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software solutions aligned with business needs.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions across systems and services.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and perform code reviews.
- Lead or contribute to planning, prioritization, and backlog management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across systems and environments.
- Implement testing strategies including unit, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and operations stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Drive improvements to development practices, tools, and processes.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers.
Requirements
- Strong experience in software development across modern technologies and architectures.
- Solid understanding of system design, APIs, and scalable distributed systems.
- Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with test strategies and quality practices across the software development lifecycle.
- Comfort working with complex, multi-tiered systems and production environments.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ownership, accountability, initiative, and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively and mentor other engineers.
