Responsibilities
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM.
- Deliver greenfield ServiceNow implementations, including data models, workflows, integrations, and core platform capabilities.
- Contribute to solution design and perform development, configuration, unit testing, and deployment activities.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and end-to-end build delivery.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance without formal people-management responsibility.
- Collaborate with architects, functional leads, and client stakeholders in enterprise and consulting delivery environments.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITOM.
- Proven experience delivering fresh or greenfield ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience with technical design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, integrations, and code reviews.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and provide day-to-day technical guidance.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
- Certified Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and/or ITOM is strongly preferred, with multiple CIS certifications considered a plus.
