Responsibilities
- Define the architecture, technical strategy, and roadmap for Sitecore AI initiatives and enterprise digital experience platforms.
- Design, develop, support, and optimize enterprise-scale Sitecore applications and digital experience solutions.
- Lead migrations and modernization from traditional Sitecore XP/XM implementations to Sitecore XM Cloud and AI-enabled platforms.
- Architect AI-driven personalization, search, content generation, content optimization, and customer engagement solutions.
- Implement Sitecore Content Serialization for source control, deployment automation, and environment management.
- Design and optimize Coveo Search and Sitecore Search for relevance, discoverability, and user experience.
- Develop headless and composable solutions using Sitecore JSS, React.js, Next.js, and modern architecture patterns.
- Design and integrate APIs, microservices, AI services, and cloud-native solutions.
- Build AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, semantic search, and intelligent content platforms.
- Establish engineering standards covering security, scalability, performance, observability, deployment automation, and DevOps.
- Lead architecture reviews and technical design discussions with business and technology stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, coaching, training, and developer enablement to distributed engineering teams.
- Support production issues, enhancements, troubleshooting, ongoing development, and operational excellence.
- Evaluate emerging Sitecore AI, XM Cloud, generative AI, and related technologies for business use cases.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore XP, Sitecore XM, and Sitecore architecture and implementations.
- Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, C#, modern .NET development, and .NET 8+.
- Experience with Sitecore AI, Sitecore Stream, Sitecore Search, Sitecore Personalize, Content Hub, SXA, JSS, Experience Edge, Connect, and Sitecore Content Serialization.
- Knowledge of GraphQL, webhooks, enterprise application architecture, APIs, microservices, integrations, and cloud-native solutions.
- Strong front-end experience with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Coveo Search or Sitecore Search, including search relevance and optimization.
- Understanding of generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI-powered content management, Azure OpenAI, and agentic AI architectures.
- Experience designing AI-driven personalization, intelligent search, content generation, and customer engagement solutions.
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture, Azure DevOps, Git, containerization, deployment pipelines, and cloud-native development.
- Experience establishing secure, scalable, observable, and high-performance enterprise architectures.
- Ability to lead architecture and technical design discussions and mentor engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Sitecore Certified Professional and cloud certifications are desirable; digital marketing, Vercel, and agentic AI certifications or professional memberships are advantageous.
