Responsibilities
- Architect and lead delivery of scalable cloud-native software systems across backend and frontend layers.
- Design and implement Generative AI and LLM-powered platform capabilities in production, including multi-agent orchestration.
- Lead architectural reviews, establish engineering best practices, and set technical direction for the team.
- Champion observability, reliability, and security practices.
- Collaborate with product, data science, security, infrastructure, business, and operations teams.
- Mentor junior engineers through pairing, code reviews, and structured knowledge transfer.
- Own the full software development lifecycle from ideation and implementation through QA, deployment, and monitoring.
- Use AI-assisted development, prompt engineering, prototyping, test generation, and debugging tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience building or integrating Generative AI or LLM-based solutions and familiarity with agentic AI concepts and frameworks such as MCP or A2A.
- Understanding of object-oriented design principles and common design patterns.
- Experience with Docker and container-based development.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of microservices and distributed system design.
- Exposure to Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, ownership, accountability, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across backend, frontend, DevOps, and product teams.
