Base Salary
$66k - $102k/yr
Responsibilities
- Document assigned business requirements and participate in requirements elicitation.
- Facilitate application design discussions and document technical design decisions.
- Code, integrate, and maintain software applications and repositories.
- Conduct code reviews and implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
- Develop user training, documentation, and software support frameworks.
- Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to improve reliability.
- Design end-to-end CCaaS solutions using Amazon Connect, Lex, and Bedrock.
- Develop conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex, Lambda, and related AWS services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or qualifying progressive experience in lieu of education.
- Experience designing end-to-end Contact Center as a Service solutions with Amazon Connect and Lex.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock is required.
- Preferred experience with conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex V1/V2, Lambda, and related AWS services.
- Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.
- Relocation and/or travel to the work or project location may be required.
