Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust MCP servers for Salesforce services.
- Rapidly decompose data models of enterprise applications for AI interaction.
- Develop and optimize RAG workflows and AI agents for complex tasks.
- Lead the transition to Agentic AI with multi-agent collaboration.
- Build and maintain secure, scalable integrations using REST APIs.
- Act as a subject matter expert for AI automation and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years in professional software engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and its API/Object model.
- Proven experience building AI agents using MCP and RAG architectures.
- Deep expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Ability to autonomously learn new tools and understand data relationships.
