Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate resilient and scalable distributed systems.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, operations, and data scientists to refine requirements, prioritize systems, and drive technical decisions.
- Prototype, develop, productionize, and test solutions and defenses against existing and emerging fraud trends.
- Build products and systems that improve trust, safety, onboarding, screening, identity, and reputation capabilities.
- Mentor engineers in technical and collaboration skills.
- Participate in efforts to advance engineering processes and technical foundations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience.
- BE or B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or equivalent, along with data structures, algorithms, and data engineering skills.
- Experience building and scaling high-quality, high-traffic products or systems.
- Ability to evaluate technical approaches and design product solutions for real-world problems.
- Strong grasp of current trends in generative AI, LLMs, and related technologies.
- Experience in the Trust and Risk domain is a plus.
