Responsibilities
- Lead and execute 0-to-1 technology initiatives in sustainability and other cutting-edge domains.
- Translate strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production.
- Architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones for department growth and potential spin-off.
- Take end-to-end ownership of building new initiatives and products.
Requirements
- Proven domain expertise and a high-agency builder mindset.
- Demonstrated drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation and remote arrangements.
