Responsibilities
- Lead teams through project planning, testing, operations, and maintenance phases.

Requirements
- Extensive experience and knowledge of CRM systems.
- Excellent client management skills.
- Consulting experience on complex projects with external clients.
- Experience delivering CRM technology implementation projects with global teams.
- Extensive leadership experience in CRM implementation projects.
- Strong consulting, teamwork, adaptability, flexibility, intellectual curiosity, technology enthusiasm, and communication skills.
