Responsibilities
- Advise customers on ServiceNow platform foundations, instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and platform health.
- Translate business goals and technical requirements into customer roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Collaborate with executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, development teams, partners, and internal engagement teams.
- Guide multiple engagements as a technical expert and promote leading practices across workflows.
- Manage technical governance and delivery operating models.
- Reduce technical debt and maintain instance health in alignment with ServiceNow leading practices.
- Support sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.
- Maintain relevant skills and certifications.
Requirements
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including through AI-powered tools, workflow automation, or AI-driven insights.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
- Management consulting experience.
- Experience leading architecture and design for large programs.
- Enterprise architecture experience.
- Cloud application technology experience.
- ServiceNow certification in an aligned workflow.
- Ability to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution and run programs independently.
- Japanese fluency.
- Authorization to work in Japan.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
