Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end CRM solution architectures based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and make architecture and design decisions covering scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Define and evaluate integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, Azure services, the Power Platform, and third-party applications.
- Ensure compliance with architecture principles, best practices, governance, ALM, environment strategy, and deployment standards.
- Provide technical leadership to project and development teams, conduct architecture reviews and design workshops, and support technical issue resolution.
- Contribute to presales activities by creating solution concepts, effort estimates, proposal content, and customer presentations.
- Collaborate with business teams, project managers, developers, customers, and management stakeholders.
- Mentor consultants and developers and advise on AI-based CRM capabilities such as Copilot, intelligent automation, analytics, and AI-supported process optimization.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes and enterprise architectures.
- Experience with integration and data architectures and with designing and implementing complex CRM solutions.
- Knowledge of ALM, governance, and quality concepts.
- Ability to communicate technical complexity clearly and present confidently to customers and project stakeholders.
- Experience or well-founded knowledge of AI-based CRM functionality, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English, with fluent proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level.
- Analytical, conceptual, solution-oriented, service-minded, self-motivated, and responsible approach.
- Willingness to travel according to project assignments.
