Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, customize, and deploy agentic AI solutions and experiences in enterprise customer production environments.
- Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, LLM integrations, and customer-system integrations.
- Own technical components end to end, from architecture selection through deployment, validation, and production observability.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Create agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
- Contribute to proofs of concept and MVPs and co-build solutions with customers, partners, and Deployment Strategists.
- Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior engineers and product teams.
- Travel approximately 25% to work directly with customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English.
- More than 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Ability to work with sales teams and customer architects and deliver quality code.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce platform experience or certifications, familiarity with LangChain and LlamaIndex, cloud data platform experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery, and experience in data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments.
