Responsibilities
- Scope, design, and deliver LLM workflows, RAG systems, agentic automation, and model evaluation solutions integrated with client and business systems.
- Lead client discovery, solution design, demonstrations, delivery, and translation of business problems into production-ready AI solutions.
- Define patterns and specifications for the prompt-development pod and review and guide production builds.
- Establish evaluation criteria and measure solution quality, accuracy, and return on investment.
- Advise clients on AI readiness, data, and responsible and safe deployment.
- Contribute to reusable AI accelerators and go-to-market offerings.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or applied AI engineering.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs in production or near-production settings.
- Strong Python skills and experience with modern AI tooling, RAG, embeddings, vector stores, and at least one major LLM provider or framework.
- Ability to lead working sessions, explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders, and manage scope.
- Fluent English and consistent overlap with US business hours.
- Consulting or professional-services experience is preferred.
- Exposure to NetSuite, Salesforce, or finance and operations data is preferred.
- Experience with evaluation, observability, or guardrail frameworks is preferred.
- Cloud and MLOps familiarity is preferred.
