Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged and SaaS applications, particularly ServiceNow modules, to meet evolving business requirements.
- Manage application releases and monitor system stability, compatibility, and performance.
- Use APIs, web services, and low-code/no-code platforms to implement application solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and enhancements.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions, and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, including configuring and customizing its modules.
- Familiarity with integration techniques using APIs and web services within ServiceNow.
- Ability to work with low-code/no-code platforms to develop and deploy application solutions.
- Understanding of release management and version-control processes for packaged applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve application issues.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
