Responsibilities

Implement and deploy Voice and Chat AI agents, AI copilots, prompts, workflows, integrations, telephony setups, and evaluation frameworks.
Lead customer engagements, technical discussions, regular demos, progress communication, feedback gathering, and solution delivery.
Configure API-based integrations, including authentication, data mapping, error handling, CRM connections, knowledge bases, and enterprise tools.
Set up SIP, CCaaS, and PSTN routing, metadata handling, fallbacks, and call-quality troubleshooting.
Design, test, monitor, and optimize prompts for LLM-driven agents to achieve automation and containment targets.
Translate customer requirements into solutions and troubleshoot security, connectivity, knowledge-ingestion, and platform challenges.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address platform gaps and implement technical fixes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 3 years of experience in conversational AI, solution engineering, system integration, customer-environment delivery, software engineering, or hands-on delivery of AI/LLM-based solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with prompt design, workflow building, API integration, and customer-facing technical communication.
Experience with SIP, Twilio, Amazon Connect, or similar voice and integration technologies.
Familiarity with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini; vector databases; and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
Working knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation concepts, implementation patterns, and performance optimization.
Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language for scripting and integrations.
Experience with iPaaS and integration tools such as n8n or Zapier is a plus.
Familiarity with telephony or voice systems, including SIP, CCaaS, and PSTN, is a plus.
