Responsibilities
- Own Accenture’s technical architecture roadmap, capability strategy, and joint innovation initiatives across AMER and global markets.
- Design and package repeatable joint solutions, industry blueprints, and AI agents using Atlassian Rovo and Teamwork Graph.
- Lead architectural design sessions, hackathons, technical bootcamps, and AI maturity enablement for Accenture practices.
- Guide enterprise data integrations from Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Microsoft 365, Slack, and GitHub into Teamwork Graph.
- Support strategic enterprise co-selling, proofs of concept, solution validation, and co-delivery governance.
- Bridge Accenture engineering and consulting teams with Atlassian AI Platform, Teamwork Graph, and Forge product teams.
- Author solution briefs, technical whitepapers, integration reference architectures, and delivery playbooks.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, systems integration, or partner engineering with or within GSIs such as Accenture.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI patterns including LLMs, RAG, vector search, prompt engineering, and autonomous or multi-agent orchestration.
- Familiarity with graph data architectures, metadata modeling, entity mapping, and fragmented enterprise data integration.
- Hands-on proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven webhooks, and modern developer platforms; Atlassian Forge, AWS Lambda, or serverless experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of SSO/SAML, SCIM, RBAC, data residency, LLM privacy and security guardrails, and compliance standards.
- Ability to communicate complex architecture concepts and quantify business value for C-suite leaders and senior partner stakeholders.
- Demonstrated interest in modern work management platforms, graph technologies, and agentic AI architectures.
