Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer stakeholders and serve as a primary technical contact for issues and escalations.
- Provide expert guidance on solution architecture, best practices, optimization, deployment, troubleshooting, technical reviews, and health checks.
- Plan and execute customer migration, deployment, and expansion projects while monitoring progress and providing stakeholder updates.
- Conduct workshops and technical training for customers.
- Track cloud and AI/ML technology trends and contribute to best practices, industry insights, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field.
- At least 5 years of related work experience, preferably in solution architecture or pre-sales solution engineering.
- Deep product understanding across areas such as cloud infrastructure, organization and landing zones, Kubernetes, Prometheus, SQL databases, MongoDB, big data, MLOps, computer vision, NLP, LLMs, and multi-cloud migration.
- Experience with DNBs, ISVs, or SIs in industries such as e-commerce, media, entertainment, gaming, or education is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with a self-starting, highly motivated, can-do approach.
