Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain production-grade AI agents and tools.
- Architect reliable, secure, and maintainable agentic systems.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to identify automation opportunities.
- Translate qualitative findings into clear requirements and build plans.
- Collaborate across teams to develop tools that enhance operational efficiency.
- Own rollout and change management for AI tools, including training and feedback.
- Write clear documentation and establish monitoring frameworks for agents.
Requirements
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to build and ship production software.
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and/or agent frameworks.
- Strong product instincts to identify and scope achievable solutions.
- Security-conscious mindset regarding data handling and access control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
