Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, deploy, and support complex Salesforce software components, services, and integrated technology platforms.
- Implement advanced features and enhancements using coding standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
- Lead code reviews and provide feedback on code quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Lead and coordinate technical initiatives with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, and architects.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects and production issues using root-cause analysis.
- Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.
- Apply secure coding practices, testing strategies, and documentation standards.
- Establish platform standards and mentor junior engineers.
- Implement and support third-party solutions and contribute to application-development frameworks, tools, and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field with five years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and training.
- In-depth knowledge of information systems and the ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.
- Previous banking or financial services experience is preferred.
- Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI for code development is preferred.
- Experience implementing third-party software such as Eloqua, Highspot, and Seismic is preferred.
