Base Salary
$103k - $163k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, resilient, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead solution design, requirements lifecycle management, and technology roadmaps for banking product initiatives.
- Define and implement secure, reliable, high-performing API-first architectures.
- Architect Kafka-based event-driven systems for real-time data processing and asynchronous communication.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and support the delivery of strategic digital platforms.
Requirements
- 15+ years of software development experience, including significant experience in solution or technology architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Extensive experience designing microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
- Proven experience building and consuming RESTful APIs with emphasis on security, scalability, and performance.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native application deployment.
- Deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases including MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
