Base Salary
$124k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design scalable and secure end-to-end B2B solutions for enterprise and federal customers across onboarding, servicing, and commerce flows.
- Evaluate third-party products and vendor ecosystems for integration into organizational technology solutions.
- Define and maintain software development processes, application architecture, API-first integration strategies, and technology standards.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support teams with solution implementation.
- Provide architectural leadership for web and mobile digital experiences, platform evolution, integration strategies, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze business processes, identify opportunities to improve platform scalability and organizational value, and act as a domain expert.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related work experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of related experience is required.
- At least 7 years of experience in a business environment and as a software or systems architect, engineer, or programmer is required.
- Four to seven years of experience in B2B online e-commerce systems architecture and design is required.
- Four to seven years of experience with web experience management technologies, including self-service, content management, search, analytics, and marketing automation, is required.
- Four to seven years of experience designing mobile web applications, including responsive design and hybrid models for native-device applications, is required.
- Computer science or a related field is an acceptable area of study; technology certifications such as Java, Microsoft, or Oracle are a plus.
- Preferred qualifications include telecom customer-facing B2B delivery, Salesforce and ERP integration, Angular, Spring Boot, NBA, BSS/OSS, commerce engines, federal compliance, cloud-native development, Docker, Kubernetes, and secure identity.
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills across technical and executive partners are preferred.

- National base pay range is $123,800-$223,300; total target cash earnings opportunity is $148,560-$267,960.
