Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications for business processes.
- Build and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
- Develop scalable workflow automation and user-centered applications within Salesforce.
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications and external systems using APIs.
- Create reusable components and automation frameworks to improve maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate software delivery and improve code quality.
- Develop dashboards and analytics using Salesforce reporting capabilities.
- Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning and peer reviews.
- Continuously identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Must be local to the DMV area for onsite support in Washington, DC.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
- 3–5 years of experience developing Salesforce applications in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce customization.
- Experience with enterprise Salesforce solutions and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development environments and Salesforce security practices.
