Base Salary
$12k - $143k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions with functional stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 Model-Driven Power Apps, including entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
- Create JavaScript and TypeScript customizations, web resources, plug-ins, and custom APIs.
- Design and deploy Power Apps Component Framework controls using React and TypeScript.
- Build Power Automate workflows and integrations with external systems.
- Develop integrations using Dataverse, Dynamics 365 Web APIs, and OData services.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Manage source repositories, pull requests, code reviews, releases, and deployment activities in GitHub.
- Configure Dynamics 365 security roles, teams, field-level security, and record-level access controls.
- Support data updates, imports, exports, validation, user acceptance testing, and release verification.
- Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and continuously improve application performance, user experience, maintainability, and development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Experience designing and developing Model-Driven Power Apps and configuring Microsoft Dataverse.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Experience developing Dynamics 365 plug-ins with C# and .NET.
- Experience developing PCF controls with TypeScript and ReactJS.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems through Web APIs and OData.
- Experience implementing Dynamics 365 security models and governance controls.
- Proficiency with GitHub or similar source-control platforms.
- Experience creating and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, requirements-gathering, and technical translation skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
