Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CRM platform assets in HTML and CSS within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build and implement email and automation campaigns according to client campaign calendars.
- Provide direct technical support, resolve issues, and deliver platform optimisations for enterprise client accounts.
- Collaborate with account and content teams to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Manage priorities and deliver technical work under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- Solid experience applying HTML and CSS to CRM or email marketing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
- Previous experience working directly with enterprise clients in an agency or client-side environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Experience with D365 or HubSpot is preferred.
- Experience supporting FMCG, retail, or insurance client accounts is preferred.
