Base Salary
$114k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and build self-service capabilities and automation for internal customers.
- Design, deploy, and evolve cloud infrastructure, platform applications, reusable patterns, and operational guidance.
- Collaborate with design, product management, systems architecture, and engineering teams on experimental solutions.
- Create and manage infrastructure-as-code and build and deployment pipelines.
- Build resilient cloud solutions and improve platform reliability, operations, and customer-facing application support.
- Investigate problems, diagnose issues, eliminate repetitive manual processes, and mentor the team on platform management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technology field with 5+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience working in and building infrastructure within a cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- At least 2 years of scripting or coding experience with PowerShell, Python, and/or Bash.
- Experience with infrastructure, deployment, networking, connectivity, storage, virtualization, and access control across private and public cloud environments.
- Experience with Azure capabilities including storage, key vaults, virtual networking, web apps, Azure Active Directory, virtual machines, access management, and automated deployments.
- Experience with infrastructure as code such as Bicep or Terraform and software development using PowerShell, Python, or C#.
- Experience building resilient cloud solutions and creating and managing pipelines using TeamCity or Azure DevOps.
- Experience supporting Windows or Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with agentic software development methods and tools such as GitHub Copilot or Opencode.
- Strong communication, ownership, customer service, attention to detail, problem investigation, diagnostic, collaboration, and automation skills.
