Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and support high-quality user experiences for knowledge management, productivity, and data organization products.
- Translate product specifications into technical requirements and lead successful implementation.
- Improve the development lifecycle, tools, code structure, architecture, and developer experience.
- Write clear, concise, testable code and improve code quality, performance, and reliability.
- Scope, plan, and execute features, technical initiatives, and greenfield projects.
- Mentor teammates and foster learning, creativity, accountability, quality assurance, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of JavaScript methodologies and design patterns.
- Proficiency with TypeScript or another typed language.
- Experience with React or at least two similar frameworks, including performant and reusable component development.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, SOLID, design patterns, and CI/CD.
- Product mindset focused on delivering excellent user experiences.
- Experience working in a distributed team.
- Preferred experience includes client-side security and OWASP Top Ten mitigations, UX, accessibility, internationalization, localization, Grafana or other monitoring platforms, architecture design, Node.js, and cryptography concepts such as key exchange and symmetric versus asymmetric encryption.
