Responsibilities

Build and scale DevOps foundations for a major platform transformation.
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Deliver Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Build and operate cloud infrastructure in Azure, with AWS also considered.
Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement monitoring and observability using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
Enable engineering teams to deploy and operate systems more efficiently and reliably.
Shape platform standards, tooling, and working practices across infrastructure and development teams.

Experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
Hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience, with Terraform essential.
Experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure; AWS experience is also considered.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
Scripting or coding experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
Understanding of security, compliance, and deployment practices.
Experience supporting .NET or web-based applications is desirable.
Exposure to hybrid cloud and on-premises enterprise environments is desirable.
Experience with blue-green or canary deployments is desirable.
Exposure to financial services or data platforms and modern cloud architecture patterns is desirable.
