Responsibilities

Design, build, deploy, and maintain simple, well-structured, well-tested software.
Use AI agents to accelerate development safely and advise clients and internal teams on their use.
Solve complex technical problems through research and collaboration.
Implement and maintain unit, integration, contract, and end-to-end automated tests.
Participate in design and feature discussions focused on performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Coordinate software integration across cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
Understand customer needs and address issues with empathy and urgency.

Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least 2 years of software development experience using Python or another object-oriented programming language.
Excellent proficiency in Python.
Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript; Rust experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of software methodologies, tools, and common architectural patterns.
Ability to work in a software-as-a-service environment with a strong focus on client satisfaction and user experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other essential computer applications.
