SAP Senior Architect / Senior Expert
Bosch GlobalResponsibilities
- Design, implement, optimize, and size SAP technical solutions across on-premise and cloud scenarios.
- Provide subject matter expertise in technical architecture, applications, platforms, and solution design.
- Lead SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
- Develop full-stack SAP solutions using S/4HANA ABAP, SAP UI5/Fiori, interfaces, SAP BTP, and SAP Joule.
- Implement technical solutions across process areas including SAP O2C, S2P, and M2C.
- Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to identify optimization opportunities and improve system performance and reliability.
- Create architecture diagrams, design specifications, technical documentation, and implementation plans.
- Act as technical stream lead by planning and orchestrating activities aligned with the technical architecture.
- Support business development by preparing estimates, proposals, and Statements of Work.
- Ensure quality, productivity, resource responsibility, best-practice adherence, and delivery of customer-focused professional solutions.
- Build competency frameworks, design technical training programs, and mentor, coach, and develop team members.
- Present technical topics to higher management and share best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in SAP technical areas.
- Bachelor’s-level B.E. or B.Tech qualification.
- Mandatory experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA ABAP on HANA, SAP UI5, SAP Fiori, SAP ABAP, Adobe Forms, interface frameworks, and SAP BTP.
- Strong experience as a full-stack lead developer.
- Experience with SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
- Experience implementing technical solutions in one or more SAP process areas, including O2C, S2P, or M2C.
- Preferred experience with AI Joule.
- Experience conducting architecture reviews, creating technical documentation, leading technical delivery activities, and mentoring teams.
