Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise architecture solutions across major, complex IT programs in alignment with enterprise blueprints and standards.
- Build technology roadmaps and present evidence-based recommendations for business direction and technology investments.
- Translate complex business problems into solutions spanning hardware, software, networking, and systems integration.
- Architect and integrate AI, ML, generative AI, and intelligent automation into enterprise workflows and consumer banking journeys.
- Provide technical leadership and ownership across system design and overall solution architecture initiatives.
- Identify innovative technologies and platforms to strengthen IT infrastructure and support strategic goals.
- Advise and mentor junior architects and engineers.
- Assess architectural and technology risks while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in solutions architecture, system design, software engineering, or enterprise IT architecture.
- Hands-on expertise designing end-to-end distributed systems across diverse hardware, software, and networking topologies.
- Working knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman and experience with architectural governance.
- Practical experience applying agentic AI, autonomous AI agents, LLMs, and RAG to complex business applications.
- Experience architecting and deploying scalable, secure, resilient cloud-native solutions on AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, TypeScript, Go, or C++ and experience developing high-throughput enterprise systems.
- Experience with event-driven and message-oriented architectures using Apache Kafka, TIBCO, or RabbitMQ.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift, including deployment, scaling, and fault tolerance.
- Experience with CI/CD automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
- Proficiency with Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or vector databases, including schema design and performance optimization.
- Experience implementing observability, telemetry, and distributed tracing with Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and architectural problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant technology or engineering field.
- A master's degree and TOGAF or relevant cloud/AI architecture certifications are beneficial.

- Base salary range of $125,760.00 to $188,640.00, with potentially available incentive and retention awards.
