Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and technical constraints, then architect, design, and develop solutions.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle.
- Lead and review architecture, design, and code for personal and team work.
- Develop enterprise application features and services using Azure cloud services, C#/.NET Core, ReactJS, and AI-DevSecOps principles.
- Act as a hands-on technical leader for a scrum team.
- Own quality, performance, security, and sustenance for assigned product deliverables.
- Appraise the performance of self, peers, and team members.
- Collaborate with product owners, senior management, peers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience developing enterprise software products with a cloud-native stack.
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET Core.
- Working knowledge of React and other JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience using Claude, CoPilot, and MCP to automate development.
- Strong experience with microservices and/or micro-frontend architecture.
- Strong experience with container-based development, AKS, and Service Fabric.
- Strong experience with messaging queue systems such as RabbitMQ and Kafka.
- Experience with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Experience with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience owning or driving end-to-end development, including testing, of a functional module or area.
- Strong knowledge of code quality, code monitoring, performance engineering, and test automation tools.
- Knowledge of reporting solutions such as Power BI and Apache Superset.
- Preferred experience integrating LLMs, vector databases, and RAG into production applications.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product owners and senior management.
