Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and build the technical architecture of the Salesforce platform.
- Develop customized solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Lightning Aura, Visualforce, AngularJS, React, AJAX, and related technologies.
- Lead technical design sessions, write technical design documents, and translate technical analysis into development specifications.
- Oversee custom development, vendor package integrations, application integrations, and data integrations.
- Work with business stakeholders to define requirements, present solutions, and manage technical scope and client expectations.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on expert assistance to software developers.
- Establish development best practices and oversee design, integration, deployment, testing, maintenance, and production support.
- Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Conduct code reviews, oversee assigned programs, communicate system requirements, and guide team members.
- Evaluate software or hardware solutions and recommend integration methods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience administering or consulting with Salesforce.
- 3–5 years of Salesforce implementation experience in the financial services and investment banking vertical.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce out-of-the-box functionality, Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL.
- Experience with Salesforce data migrations, third-party integrations, web services, and mobile, hybrid, or native iOS/Android applications.
- Experience with JavaScript libraries or frameworks including Angular and jQuery, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Lightning, SOQL, and SQL.
- Certified Platform Developer I and Certified Platform Developer II credentials, or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of Agile software development and the full software development lifecycle.
- Strong communication, analysis, management, troubleshooting, problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
Benefits
- Annual base salary range of USD $151,300 to USD $215,000.
