Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address areas of dissatisfaction.
- Understand customer workflows and challenges and translate requirements into Corva solutions.
- Onboard new customers, support existing customers, and coach them on effective platform use.
- Develop and maintain onboarding timelines and project documentation.
- Capture notes and feedback from meetings, discussions, and Intercom conversations.
- Communicate customer issues to Operations, Engineering, Sales, and Development.
- Facilitate training workshops with the Engineering team.
- Create customer success materials such as case studies, app manuals, and training materials.
- Use analytics to understand platform usage and identify ways to improve the customer experience.
- Track and resolve customer problems with the software.
- Monitor customer health through platform usage, NPS, and NSAT ratings.
- Monitor data quality and support Senior Solutions Engineers with organization and tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong technical and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively with teams and train others.
- Thorough knowledge of navigating modern websites.
- Microsoft Office suite skills and analytical thinking skills.
- Experience in oil and gas.
- Leadership skills.
- Experience using Corva for 2+ years.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 20% of the time.
