Base Salary
$113k - $188k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly product solutions in partnership with engineering, architecture, design, and product teams.
- Design, code, configure, test, implement, and support application software and systems through the full systems life cycle.
- Develop full-stack applications primarily with React and Java according to platform and domain needs.
- Improve continuous delivery, engineering best practices, quality gates, and deployment confidence.
- Provide production support through an evening on-call rotation, debugging issues and identifying root causes with engineers and stakeholders.
- Support team activities and pair with peers on stories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, building, and deploying scalable software applications is required.
- Full-stack software development experience with modern technologies such as React, Java, and TypeScript.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, event-driven systems, and asynchronous workflows.
- Understanding of distributed system design.
- Familiarity with using AI agents to understand existing systems, write code, and improve workflows.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting complex problems and processes.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
