Base Salary
$82k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Palantir’s product and delivery ecosystem
- Collaborate with customer-facing, product, and infrastructure teams on scalable and reliable software deployment
- Diagnose, resolve, and prevent issues encountered in the field
- Reduce operational overhead through tooling, process improvements, and automation
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation coordinating responses to mission-critical incidents
Requirements
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Incident Management, or another technical field
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly
- Ability to work independently, make decisions under minimal direction, and collaborate effectively
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
- Experience with scripting, automation, or data analysis is a plus
- Willingness and interest to occasionally travel to other Palantir locations
