Base Salary
$82k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Palantir’s product and delivery ecosystem.
- Collaborate with customer-facing, product, and infrastructure teams.
- Diagnose, resolve, and prevent issues encountered in the field.
- Reduce operational overhead through tooling, process, and automation.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for mission-critical incidents.
Requirements
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or Incident Management.
- Willingness to travel to other Palantir locations occasionally.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
