Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build, improve, and enhance high-performance distributed systems and applications for large-scale telemetry and data platforms.
- Lead technical roadmaps and project execution to increase delivery velocity and enable new engineering capabilities.
- Provide technical and thought leadership across one or more enterprise engineering areas.
- Collaborate with product managers, customers, sponsors, and engineering teams to solve complex problems.
- Ensure the quality, usability, performance, and operational effectiveness of solutions.
- Coach junior engineers, share best practices, and strengthen engineering and product technical expertise.
- Support resource planning, operational process evaluation, outcome measurement, and continuous learning.
- Participate in on-call and operational support.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional software development experience using a modern programming language such as C++, Java, Python, or Go.
- At least 3 years of experience with architecture and design.
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or hybrid data centers.
- Hands-on experience building complex distributed systems for large-scale telemetry and scalable, high-performance architectures.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language.
- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, DevOps pipelines, Helm charts, and cloud-native environments.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, continuous delivery, developer tooling, data structures and algorithms, and quantitative problem solving.
- Ability to lead projects, communicate with clients and sponsors, and work across development and operations environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
- Experience with APISIX or another API gateway is preferred.
