Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for architecture, design, performance, scalability, resilience, and code quality across UI engineering teams.
- Design and implement React-based UI components for highly interactive user experiences.
- Define APIs for communication with back-end systems and optimize front-end applications for speed, scalability, and reuse.
- Participate in software design, development, proof-of-concept work, testing, deployment, release, and operational support.
- Lead offshore engineering teams and verify functional requirements, quality, performance, and code stability.
- Collaborate with UX design teams and help establish technical standards, best practices, training, tools, and technology selections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field plus six years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus four years, or a Ph.D. plus one year.
- Six years of experience with the full software development lifecycle, scalable software systems, client-facing web applications, and major internet applications and systems, unless qualifying through an alternate degree path.
- Experience with software architecture, API and service design, object-oriented programming, transactional applications, heterogeneous environments, and multi-user systems.
- Experience with CI/CD toolkits including Jenkins and GitHub Actions, Single Page Applications, web and RESTful services, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, Git, and Stash.
- Experience communicating technical issues to technical, non-technical, management, and senior leadership audiences.
