Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and architects to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Work with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, delivery, and stakeholder status communications.
- Develop email and landing page solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio.
- Experience leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs and integrations.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page development.
- Fifteen years of full-time education, preferably in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is preferred.
