Responsibilities
- Develop backend services, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps-oriented capabilities for the WAF SaaS product.
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure supporting customer environments, production workloads, and global SaaS deployments.
- Create and operate new points of presence, improve customer provisioning, and enhance scalability and availability.
- Develop certificate management, CDN-related flows, DDoS capabilities, onboarding flows, and other platform features.
- Work with cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and automation tools.
- Own features and infrastructure components from design and implementation through deployment, observability, support, and production operation.
- Build dashboards, alerts, and operational tools and use data and metrics to improve reliability, performance, and product decisions.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, product managers, security researchers, support teams, and other stakeholders.
- Support production environments and investigate customer issues, bugs, and infrastructure changes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a software developer, DevOps engineer, infrastructure engineer, or in a similar cloud-oriented development role.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, or a similar programming language.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and production workloads.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment processes.
- Experience working with databases, preferably NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Understanding of production systems, scalability, availability, monitoring, logging, and incident investigation.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools and integrating AI capabilities into daily development workflows.
- Preferred: experience with Redis or Kafka, Terraform including writing providers, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Elastic Stack, Grafana, and GraphQL.
