Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop automation for application maintenance tasks.
- Analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and make decisions affecting the team and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that improve team productivity and software quality.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional communication for project alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Deliver scalable, high-performing, and maintainable software solutions.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of overall experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in Automation in Application Maintenance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Automation in Application Maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools for application maintenance.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on maintainable and scalable solutions.
