Base Salary
$228k - $340k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design Everlaw’s database and storage strategy.
- Lead the strategy for scalability, sharding, and replication.
- Analyze and optimize database performance.
- Design and execute low-downtime migration strategies.
- Build and maintain observability tools for database health.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in software engineering.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in database engineering.
- Deep understanding of storage engines and locking mechanisms of major RDBMS.
- Experience managing databases in a cloud environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
