Responsibilities
- Support customer and partner teams with cloud architecture, solution design, deployment, and adoption activities.
- Identify and capture customer opportunities related to cloud consumption, usage, expansion, security, resiliency, and AI innovation.
- Translate customer challenges and business goals into secure, resilient, scalable, and cost- and performance-optimized solutions.
- Support proof-of-concept engagements, minimally viable products, rapid prototypes, technical pre-sales, and initial implementations.
- Assist with technical validation, advisory services, training, governance, risk management, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Microsoft engineering, product, sales, partner, and customer teams to improve customer outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to technical readiness, presentations, scalable solution practices, intellectual property, and Copilot and AI scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 2 years of related experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, technology solutions, practice development, or architecture.
- Foundational data and analytics skills using SQL, Power BI, and Python.
- Cloud fundamentals, including Azure certifications or hands-on Azure experience.
- Ability to build or automate simple solutions and understanding of modern application development and APIs.
- Awareness of security, governance, and data protection principles.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, customer-outcome, growth-mindset, and learning-agility skills.
- Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn emerging cloud and AI technologies.
