Responsibilities

  • Support customer solution demonstrations, proof-of-concept sessions, and technical engagements involving Microsoft products.
  • Present reference architectures and help prove product capabilities and integration into customer environments.
  • Assess and consult on customer security needs, address technical blockers, and contribute to technical wins.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists, sales teams, account teams, partners, and customers throughout the sales process.
  • Tailor Microsoft product messaging, communicate customer feedback, and contribute to product and competitive strategies.
  • Build technical readiness and expertise through internal communities, sessions, hackathons, coaching, and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, solution delivery, or related technology experience.
  • Foundational data and analytics skills using SQL, Power BI, and Python.
  • Cloud fundamentals, including Azure certifications or hands-on Azure experience.
  • Ability to build or automate simple solutions and understanding of modern application development and APIs.
  • Awareness of security, governance, and data protection principles.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, customer-focus, growth mindset, and learning agility.

Benefits
