Responsibilities
- Design specifications for highly available and highly scalable applications used by internal and external customers.
- Design and implement critical services and lead complex refactors.
- Collaborate with clients and business analysts to define software requirements and system impacts.
- Coordinate across teams to resolve dependencies and improve performance, reliability, and quality.
- Conduct and supervise production launches and provide post-launch support with geographically distributed teams.
- Document procedures, test and debug applications, and share technical knowledge.
Requirements
- 8+ years of related experience with proficiency in C# development and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration tools and processes.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly, adapt to change, and share knowledge.
- Conversational English skills with willingness to continuously improve.
- Desirable: experience with cloud-based development, secure software development, and/or AI-enhanced development practices.
- Desirable: knowledge of Java and ability to work across multiple technologies and platforms.
